🌟 What is PASSE? 🌟

PASSE stands for Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity.

It’s a Medicaid program in Arkansas designed to help people with complex health needs — like developmental disabilities, behavioral health conditions, or long-term care needs — get the right services and supports.

Under PASSE, health care providers, care coordinators, and community programs work together to manage each member’s care. The goal is to make sure members get personalized services, improve their health, and help them live as independently as possible.

Some of the main PASSE providers in Arkansas are Empower, Arkansas Total Care, Summit, and CareSource.

In short, PASSE is a program that puts the person at the center, making sure they get the coordinated care they need — at home, in the community, and beyond.
